Return and Exchange Instructions

Laos local orders: 1. If you need to exchange a product, please email our customer service department at to apply for an exchange within 7 days after receiving the product. 2. After the exchange application is initially approved, you will receive an "Exchange Approval Email" containing the exchange procedure. 3. Please return the goods together with the receipt to the designated store within 7 days after receiving the email to exchange for another product. Original items should retain all tags and be in good condition. 4. Please note that you may need to pay the difference between the old and new goods. Currently, only replacement of goods with the same price or higher price than the original goods is supported. 5. All goods are non-returnable and refundable. Overseas orders: All goods purchased from the LAOSGALEWAY official online store that have quality problems can be returned within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. 1. If you need to return the goods, please email our customer service department at to apply for return within 7 days after receiving the goods. 2. After the return application is initially approved, you will receive a "Return Approval Email" containing the return procedure. 3. Please arrange to send the goods together with the receipt to our processing center within 7 days after receiving the email, and please pay the return shipping fee yourself. If returns are required due to quality issues or shipping errors, we will bear the return shipping costs for such defective goods. Otherwise, all return shipping costs will not be refunded. 4. After the processing center confirms receipt of the return and inspects the goods, the customer service department will issue a refund confirmation instruction. You will receive a refund through the original payment method. Under normal circumstances, the refund will be completed within 30 working days. 5. If you have not received a refund in your account more than 30 days after the return, please show the confirmation information to your bank so that they can help you streamline the refund process. Not eligible for return or exchange: - Goods purchased from non-LAOSGALEWAY official online stores (goods purchased in offline physical stores cannot be exchanged through LAOSGALEWAY official online stores). - Products with reduced prices or discounts available on the official website. - For safety and hygiene reasons, personal items such as underwear and socks. - The goods have been used, washed, processed (such as modified in size), soiled or damaged, the trademarks have been removed or cut, and other circumstances make the goods unsuitable for resale. - Lost the electronic invoice or order number issued at the time of purchase. - Items that have exceeded the return or exchange period. - In other ways, it is clearly stated that consumers cannot return or exchange goods, and other situations in which consumers do not have the right to return or exchange goods according to legal provisions.

Shipping method

The products you order will be delivered to the delivery address provided or selected by you (as the case may be) via SF Express ("Carrier"), GALEWAY's designated carrier.

Standard delivery time

Generally, delivery time is approximately 2 to 5 working days after shipment of the product for any order, and 3 to 10 working days for overseas orders. Please note that we cannot and do not accept orders for product to be shipped to P.O. Boxes. The above delivery times are estimates only and exact delivery times will vary depending on the area or region selected. For the purposes of this clause, "working days" means excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays and days on which any tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or above is issued, or days when a black rainstorm warning signal is issued in Laos.
